1. Bring in your register
Upload your asset list from Excel or CSV. You keep your own asset numbers.
2. Print and fix the tags
Print barcode labels on a label printer and stick one on each asset.
3. Scan in the field
Walk each location and scan with a phone or handheld scanner, even with no signal.
4. Reconcile
See what was found, what is missing and what is not in your register, by location.

Your team opens SelfieAssets on a phone, points the camera at an asset tag and the asset is marked as found in that location. Handheld barcode scanners work too. Scans are saved on the device and sent when the signal returns.

Tagging your assets
One tag for every asset
Each asset gets a printed barcode label carrying its asset number. Labels are printed from SelfieAssets, so the number on the tag is the number in your register.
